MY REVIEW:
This scale has a glass platform so after every use you will need to wipe it down unless you like seeing footprints. Underneath the battery cover you can change the weight measurment from lbs to kg by default the scale works off lbs.
The scale requires 4 AA batteries which is comes with just pull the tab on first time and it will power on. Now when you want to use the scale just step on it and it will automatically power on and weigh you. After about 10 seconds the unit will power off on it's own.
Unfortunately I could not use the EasyHomeScale app as you need a android phone using 4.3 or newer and my phone is stuck at 4.2. Oh well no biggie to me just be aware of that. It would be nice if they had software you could download to your computer so it could work off bluetooth.
You cannot be wet and stand on this scale or you will slip it is made of glass and has no rubber gripping at all. On my first use it said I weighed 230lbs on my second use it said I weighed 226 on my 3rd use it said 226 again and has been consistent I don't know why the first time use came off wrong. Overall it's a nice scale feels very well made and sturdy.
